Rohaizad Omar is a Holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from University of Missouri, Kansas City. He is Certified Master Trainer of SCM (SCOMA Competency Model) and Certified PSMB HR & TNA Consultant. He has conducted various training and consultancy programs to large organizations ranging from the private sector and public sector as well as education institutions. He is also Certified Trainer for PSMB SMETAP Train The Trainer Program.
Among the organizations where he has trained includes Malaysia Airports Holdings, Tenaga Nasional, CCM Fertilizers, Sime Darby Biodesel, CTRM, Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Prasaran, Kementerian Kerja Raya, Heitech Padu Berhad, Perodua, Alam Maritim Resources Berhad to name a few.
The programs that he conducted include Leadership Development Program, Train The Trainer, Harnessing Emotional Intelligence, Managing Conflicts & Communicating Effectively Through Emotional Intelligence, Creative Thinking & Decision Analysis, Creating Passion @ Workplace, Managing Stress & Mastering Emotions and many more.
Prior to his involvement in the training industry, he was involved in various parts of the corporate IT sector including becoming Sales and Marketing, Pre Sales Engineer, and Project Manager. He has extensive experience working with various government agencies as well as multinational company. Prior to being a trainer, he leads a team of engineers to work on the single largest IT contract developing Total Hospital Information System nationwide. He is also part of a team managing Ericsson Global IT Services for Asia Pacific as part of the Kuala Lumpur hub.
