TRAINER PROFILE

KOAY LEAN SIANG

Koay Lean Siang is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in Compensation and Benefits from world class multinational organizations, such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies, Avago Technologies and Motorola Solutions. Most recently, Lean Siang held a Senior Rewards Manager position for 7 years in Malaysia (2008 – 2015) including 3 years in Singapore.

She has pioneered numerous mergers and acquisitions from the HR perspective, conducted multiple rewards training for hundreds of business managers and HR professionals, setup C&B for new company, introduced various C&B programs to support business needs, led HR Benefits Services implementation for Global HR Transformation Project etc.

Lean Siang graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). She is also a Certified Trainer from Human Resourcs Development Council of Malaysia
