Rudyhizat is an experienced and multi skill facilitator/consultant in Sales, Marketing, Management, Motivation, Self-Development, Mindset Change and Leadership. He graduated from Mara Institute of Technology specializing and Banking & Finance. A competent and experienced speaker & motivator and has more than 25 years of work experience in Finance, Information Technology, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Human Resources.

He is very resourceful, inspirational and creative in designing and delivering his training programs and consultancy services. With his wide experience and exposure, he was invited to conduct training for various organizations such as as Naza Automotive Manufacturing (Executive Diploma Program), Naza World (which includes Harley Davidson, Naza Italia, Next Bike, Ducati, Chevrolet), Mercedes Benz,NOKIA, Plexus, OSRAM, BBraun, Jabil Circuit, Silterra, SP Setia, Sime Darby Automotive, Unimap, Allianz Affin Bank, BOSE System, Pharmaniaga & Rockwool Insulation, India. Under his leadership, Rudyhizat has led his previous company in achieving prestigious awards such as the AON Hewitt Malaysia Best Employer Award and many awards related to Human Resources Development in Malaysia. He has special interest in developing individual and organizations to its best by sharing his wisdom and knowledge that he has earned from the past years. He believes that every individual has their own special skills and talent and everyone need to realize the great potentials.

A jovial and friendly character makes him easy to interact and able to instantly with his audience. Photography, golf, rugby, mountain biking, reading and parenting are some of his obsessions. A great believer in creating value for other is one of the many reasons that motivate him into training.
